The Group Advertising Art Director will manage the art direction and design for the Bonnier Lifestyle & Luxury Group. The group consists of the following brands: Saveur, Ski, Skiing, NASTAR, and Garden Design. This individual will work to promote the titles not just as separate entities, but also as a cohesive group, reaching across all titles.

*Develop marketing/promotional pieces, such as: proposal templates, media kits, sell sheets, presentations, event invitations, comps, etc.

*Manage art department, including hiring and managing freelance designers when needed in order to meet marketing/sales deadlines

*Design inbook advertorials and actively contribute to brainstorming for special section concepts.  Preferred experience in leading the production process of photo shoots, including photographer selection, shot setup/planning, etc.

*Create mockups of proposed ad units

*Design microsites and online promotional materials for advertisers

*Must have experience in working with printing vendors, hiring production companies, and directing shooting of video, podcasts, video coverage of events, etc.

*Able to use: Adobe CS5, PowerPoint, Quark a plus. 5 years desired experience. Magazine promotion design experience required. Web programs a plus.
