Responsibilities include:

-Manage department project list, assign projects to designers, route pieces and see all projects through to completion
-Run weekly marketing status meetings
-Act as liaison between ad sales and editorial
-Execute and implement all in-book pieces including Site Spotlight, To the Trade, Happenings, and special advertising sections
-Produce requested advertorials and event-related collateral for clients
-Update media kit sell sheets and all sales tools
-Work directly with print vendors
-Create and order premiums—mouse pads, totes, etc.
-Oversee Promotions budget, process invoices, run reports, and provide PO’s and payment instructions to vendors

-Some administrative support of Executive Director, Brand Development- travel, expenses

Skills required:

  1. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
  2. Excellent attention to detail
  3. Comfortable working with numbers
  4. Ability to stay organized and multitask
  5. Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
  6. Some related job or strong internship experience a plus

– Develop relationships with third party organizations and vendors to enhance arsenal of integrated marketing programs

Qualifications:

– Candidate must be an enthusiastic creative thinker and team player with a solid knowledge of marketing and the media business.

Primary Purpose:  Research Analyst position will support the MSLO marketing and sales teams by offering smart, concise research-based insights into our audience segments across all media platforms (primarily Magazines, Digital and TV).
