Overview
Working closely with Condé Nast Traveler’s Sales, Marketing and Integration teams, the Integrated Marketing Manager, Lifestyles will be responsible for conceptualizing and writing integrated marketing proposals to create compelling partnership programs for travel and lifestyle advertising partners.
General responsibilities could include:
  • Day-to-day contact person between sales and marketing on travel accounts
  • Developing and writing added value proposals
  • Conceptualizing and developing advertiser-specific marketing platforms, such as in-book programs/advertorials, online/digital extensions and customized events
  • Brainstorm/develop new programs and partnerships for the brand within lifestyle industries
  • Accompany sales team on calls to present programs
  • Interface regularly with management and industry partners
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experiences and qualities:
  • 5+ years merchandising promotion and/or magazine experience

Overview
The Marketing Director will work with Associate Publisher of Marketing to create overall marketing strategies, presentations and research materials to secure new advertising accounts, maintain existing business and expand into new categories. Responsibilities encompass but are not limited to the following:
Management Responsibilities:
  • Work with Associate Publisher Marketing, management team and marketing staff in the achievement of broad magazine and departmental goals

Research Responsibilities:

  • Work with management and sales reps to create category and advertiser specific presentations
  • Develop scripts for presentation
  • Present new presentations to staff and client meetings
  • Management of media kit and attendant materials
  • Oversee creation and production of email blasts and mailers for sales staff to position SELF to individual categories and brands
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experiences and qualities:
  • Strong presentation creation and presenting skills a must
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from research
  • Familiarity with primary research approaches and advertising/media research

Overview
