Overview
This position will be responsible for managing daily content executions and programs for integrated marketing and sales sponsorships. This person will manage and maintain multiple projects on an on-going basis across all brand digital properties – website, mobile, social media, video, email and newsletters.

The position will serve as a liaison between marketing and sales, web content teams, production and ad operations. The person must be creative, willing and eager to work and manage multiple projects, idea-driven and a team player.

Required Knowledge: Sales and marketing, client services, content management systems, social media, HTML, Google Analytics, web development. Position will require direct communication with clients.

Knowledge of the fitness industry is a plus.

•             3-5+ years’ experience working in web development, within a media organization, advertising, digital ad organization
•             Work with Marketing and Sales teams on new ideas, programs and sponsorships
•             Serve as the key player in digital programs and sponsorship executions
•             Create and manage eblasts, newsletters, custom content hubs, sponsored contests and sweepstakes
•             Effectively manage timelines, approvals and creative requests
•             Monitor multiple campaigns to ensure program optimization
•             Report key metrics and program updates in a timely manner
•             Manage social media sites and schedule promotional posts
•             Work with Site Director(s) on new digital franchises and features
•           Take on and manage additional projects assigned by Marketing Director

Responsibilities include:

· Developing client specific concepts and programs and/or marketing programs to drive incremental print, digital and/or sponsorship revenue
· Writing all added value, marketing and category and sales materials for category specific clients
· Acting as partner with designated sales reps to develop sales strategy and drive category growth

  • Manage production schedules for projects and produce excellent work within a deadline-oriented department

 

Requirements:

  • College degree (required)
  • 4-5 years integrated industry or related experience
  • Proven ability to identify, develop, sell and execute results-oriented programs
  • Close attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
  • High energy with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Polished presentation skills
  • Awareness of current culture as it relates to the brands and relevant promotional opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and within a team setting

Scope of Work

The Integrated Marketing Manager provides in-office day-to-day and long-term support for two Associate Directors of Integrated Marketing.  This person creates and crafts proposals, presentations, custom integrated ideas and sales collateral for both print and digital.  The Integrated Marketing Manager is also responsible for merchandising and sold program implementation.  Additionally, this position requires someone who is open to taking on new opportunities as they develop. Requirements and Qualifications

Communication: Strong writing (excellent knowledge of Powerpoint, Word and Excel) is required.

Project management: Sense of ownership, attention to detail and accuracy, strong follow-through, high level of organization, understanding of project scope as well as executional components.

Knowledge: Understanding of print and digital media and metrics, knowledge of advertising, understanding of syndicated research.
