Overview/Purpose

This position reports to the Creative Services Director.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Work with managers to ideate, develop and implement digital sales strategy for Conde Nast Traveler, including pricing and executing new advertising programs

· Develop sales materials and work in conjunction with sales representatives to customize proposals and execute of sold programs

· Implement CNTs social media campaigns and programs, including Facebook Pinterest, etc.

· Work with third party companies to develop new digital program and offerings, including contract negotiation, project management, testing and launch

· Serve as liaison to editorial in implementation of joint programs, such as:

o World on Sale online sales of travel packages

o Sponsored Sweepstakes

o New online tools/units

· Work with editorial and corporate departments and creative services team to implement monthly newsletters

· Must have strong knowledge of web advertising units, implementation and metrics to assist sales during sales and execution process

· Write merchandising proposal for one sales representative across selling categories.

· Support department programs as needed

Requirements:

· Must have minimum 3 years experience in integrated/digital project management

· Attend weekly sales meetings to gain knowledge to help in ideation and proposal creation;

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· College degree, 2 to 3 years experience, with  at least 1 year in the publishing, marketing or advertising field;

· Excellent communication skills;

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines;

· Knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and or WordPress a plus.

Each month, the bookings associate oversees the hair, makeup, and manicurist scheduling for all Vogue and Vogue.com shoots and special events. He or she serves as a liaison between fashion editors, model agencies, and hair and makeup talent. In addition, the bookings associate is responsible for compiling the monthly special credits and negotiating budgets for all travel and incidental expenses for models, hair and makeup teams, and manicurists.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Oversees hair and makeup bookings for all Vogue and Vogue.com shoots, special events, and special bookings

· Meets with the fashion editor to discuss the direction and list of preferred hair, makeup, and manicure options for a photo shoot

· Compile monthly special credits list containing all hair, makeup, models, manicure, production, set design, and location credits

· Constantly update the editor and photographer on the list of hair and makeup options for a photo shoot

· Arrange travel, plan logistics, and cars for models, hair and makeup teams, and manicurists whenever necessary for all Vogue shoots

· Negotiate travel costs and request flight approvals, flight and hotel contributions when necessary

· Negotiate budgets for all travel and incidental expenses for models, hair and makeup teams, and manicurists for all Vogue shoots

· Distribute call sheets, travel itineraries, car confirmations to hair, makeup, and model agents

· Vet all invoices pertaining to models, hair and makeup teams, and manicurists for all shoots and events

· Ensure that hair and makeup credits and brand attachments are current

· Verify that production and special credits are correct on editorial layouts

· Request model releases for all editorial shoots to submit to rights and permissions

· Serve as a liaison between the rights and permissions department and model agents to secure additional usage for existing photographs

· Seek new hair and makeup talent

Requirements:

· In-depth knowledge of fashion models and photographers, hair and makeup talent, fashion news and personalities, trends, and history and familiarity with VOGUE

· Should be detail-oriented, able to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines

· Must possess excellent communication and organization skills

· Must possess a keen awareness of current events

· Proficiency in the Microsoft suite and InDesign, among other programs
