Description:
Responsible for driving ad sales revenue through the proactive and advertiser-specific development of integrated advertising solutions, with a concentration on digital, that support advertiser objectives and enhance audience value across the brand. Lead in post-sale management of custom solutions and report to Senior Sales Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Integrated Marketing in development of pre-sale pitches and proposals within assigned categories
• Lead in post-sale management of all custom advertiser solutions with edit, product, legal and vendor partners
• Serve as product marketing expert for assigned specials and categories – refresh and develop marketing materials as needed
• Liaison with PeopleEnEspanol.com editor to provide weekly updates, new edit features and franchises
• Provide monthly traffic reports highlights to sales team
• Support Senior Sales Manager in identifying and developing new category specific needs that leverage internal product, edit and external vendor capabilities
• Support digital manager in ongoing competitive site analysis and quarterly capability reviews — ad sizes, custom opps, new content areas
• Attend and represent team at internal and external meetings
• Develop case studies/recaps as needed

• A solid grasp of online inventory management and ad serving processes is required
• Must possess a working knowledge of the online metrics and research tools used in the marketplace (i.e. Dart, Atlas, MediaMetrix, Nielsen NetRatings, Omniture, Salesforce.com). Quantitative skills for analysis of this data also required.

Promotions/Integrated Marketing Overview:  The Promotions team works closely with sales, research, integrated marketing, events, art, and special sections in an effort to maintain the voice of the magazine across all written and verbal communications.  The Promotion team acts as gatekeeper to the integrity of the Travel + Leisure brand and plays a vital role in both sales and marketing.  To ensure consistent messaging to current and potential advertisers, the team creates sell sheets, presentations, letters, speeches, and mailings.
