Seeking an experienced, creative and solutions-oriented marketer to join the sales team at CafeMom and develop customized social marketing campaigns that integrate advertisers into the CafeMom and Mamas Latinas experiences and meet their objectives.

Overall Role & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Directors to create customized and scalable strategic marketing proposals in response to Advertiser RFPs:
  • Lead creative brainstorms & provide custom solutions that leverage our core site offerings
  • Detail out all program elements including strategy and the ‘why’
  • Process and manage mock requests and research requests with respective department heads
  • Work closely with Sales Planners on final RFP deliverables – PPT deck, media plan, mocks, research
  • Act as a gate-keeper for spend, functionality and spec details related to each product, and communicate information clearly to sales team and Advertisers
  • Liaise with client solutions, editorial and product teams to create new, sellable products and ensure offerings are in-line with the mission of the site
  • Aid in developing, managing and maintaining sales presentations and marketing collateral
  • Provide thought leadership about digital advertising, new platforms and technologies, emerging trends and more


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience in online marketing/advertising, with a minimum of 2 years developing RFPs and marketing proposals
  • Strong understanding of the online advertising space, social media and online campaign success metrics
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and all other MS Office Tools
  • Creative, proactive thinker; strong organizational skills; effective communicator
  • Self motivator with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
