The Associate Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing, tracking and optimizing all digital sales activity for AllYou.com and will be the primary internal and external (client) contact for these activities. As a core part of the ALL YOU team, the AIMM will also participate in magazine marketing and integrated marketing responsibilities.

Digital Sales Planning Responsibilities
– Working closely with sales and sales development, the “DSP/AIMM” will be the lead on executing sold programs. From campaign asset collection and timeline development to campaign recap and/or delivery reports.
– Primary liaison with Time Inc Ad Operations to create, launch and successfully manage sales plans for each client
– Input all IO’s into Solbright operations/accounting system
– Monitor campaign launch, including screen shots, and coordinate delivery reports.
– Manage and optimize all sold deals to ensure client delivery and recommend incremental opportunities
– Work directly with Time Inc Interactive Finance to ensure proper billing and campaign management occurs with each client
– Manage and forecast inventory
– Be the team lead on utilizing omniture, Nielsen, comscore, AdRelevance. Help the ALL YOU team independently use these tools to handle individual client requests. Initiate research queries to develop compelling presentation points for use by entire AllYou.com sales team.
– Independently produce client recap presentation for promotional clients

Marketing Responsibilities
– Develop digital sales materials for the team
– Create templates and oversee sales team in creation of simple (non-integrated) proposals
– Work hand in hand with Marketing Team on general, and account-specific, marketing solutions
– Execute Free Samples campaign
– Execute Social Media campaigns (Blogger programs)
– Manage dedicated email program (paid and added value)
– Help AllYou.com Sales Manager develop prospects

Key Responsibilities:

This position will lead SEO efforts across the ten Time Inc. lifestyle sites including RealSimple.com, CookingLight.com, MyRecipes.com, AllYou.com, Thisoldhouse.com, Health.com, and SouthernLiving.com. Responsibilities:
Create long and short-term SEO strategic initiatives per site
Manage, motivate, and direct editorial and product teams on SEO initiatives
Work with technology teams on SEO enhancements
Build site-specific link-building strategies for landing pages
Brainstorm SEO-rich content creation and content programming
Identify issues and areas of opportunity at a site, landing page and keyword level
Keyword research, on-page SEO and conversion optimization for individual pages and templated landing pages

Qualifications:
3-5+ years relevant SEO experience
