The Creative Services Manager will:

·     Report directly to Creative Services Director
·     Marketing partner to 5-6 sales reps
·     Respond to all assigned RFP’s  (print and digital)
·     Write, develop and execute proposals and programs that meet the needs of advertisers in order to generate paging and revenue goals
·     Provide added-value and ideation for revenue generating programs, promotional partnerships and advertorial sections
·     Oversee programs once sold ensuring that the client’s brand, our brand and the program is properly represented and executed
·     Supervise events to ensure seamless integration of advertiser sponsorship
·     Work with production team, fulfillment companies, art and other internal personnel to ensure the timely deliver of client assets and work directly with clients to obtain approvals
·     Accompany sales reps on sales calls with marketing focus
·     Work directly with custom content department to establish partnerships, ensure promotion of section and once created uploaded unto website
**Minimum 3 years relevant experience required**

Reader’s Digest Association (RDA) is committed to building the next

Job Responsibilities:

Basic Social Media Practice

-Work with the Product development team (design/tech) to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons) are kept up to date
