The Bon Appétit Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will be responsible for conceptualization and writing of integrated marketing proposals (print, digital, social and event marketing) and working closely with Bon Appétit sales, marketing and events teams, to create compelling programs for select advertising categories.

  • Day-to-day contact person between sales and marketing on RFPs
  • Develop and write added value proposals
  • Conceptualize and develop advertiser-specific marketing platforms, such as in-book programs/advertorials, online/digital extensions, and customized events
  • Work with team to brainstorm/develop new programs, partnerships, and “big ideas”
  • Accompany sales team on calls to present programs
  • Interface regularly with management and art department


Candidate should have 2-3+ years in print and online marketing, media sales, account management, advertising operations, or other highly relevant field. Should be a team player with strong writing and communication skills, creative ideas, program development experience and verse in digital and social media programs/extensions. Editorial Intern:

The Yoxi Editorial Intern will support the editorial team with deep and vast research of social issues/social innovation, writing across a variety of deliverables and assorted highly interesting tasks (including ping pong and darts, if you don’t waste time on the Interwebs).

* Background in Journalism or English preferred but not required

* Excellent research abilities across major media sites, niche blogs and the Twitterverse; great skill at summarizing research in presentable manner

* Versatility in writing from 140 characters to headlines to blog posts to e-newsletters; you understand how to write for digital platforms because you’ve learned how to research, report and write for longer-form stories

Assist Event Producer with planning and logistics for Yoxi events

– Specific responsibilities include:

– Ongoing research w/ potential sponsors + venues

Video Intern – Yoxi

Video Intern:

The video intern will support the Programming Director and other Yoxi staff in the creation of video content, administration of video assets on Yoxi site, and social websites like Youtube, Facebook, and Vimeo.

– Experience shooting video, preferably on HD format cameras and/or DSLR video cameras

– Experience with Final Cut or similar video editing software, including importing and logging footage for edit

– Practical understanding of editing theory in storytelling

– Researching, script-writing and interviewing experience

– Experience with sound for video in the production and post-production environment

Should have a solid understanding of Consumer Marketing and Editorial functions. This position requires an ability to handle many projects simultaneously – and – experience and/or an open-mindedness to think creatively and utilize innovative methods and approaches is essential. Solid computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint are also needed.

It is expected that a Research Manager will usually have at least six years of research experience, involving extensive client contact. A four-year degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
