This position is a unique opportunity to work with marketing and sales development teams to ensure delivery of all advertiser campaigns across Time Inc. Lifestyle Digital Group sites.

Working closely with the Sales Development teams, the campaign specialist will identify campaigns with potential under-delivery issues, create a plan of action, and execute on it by leveraging quality, efficient paid sources and collaborating with edit and marketing teams to leverage free promotional levers.
Approximately 75% of time will be spent focused on Health.com, an established site currently delivering “vital information with a human touch” to 2.7 million monthly visitors, driving over 15 million page views monthly. With heavy demand for ad space adjacent to specific medical condition content the campaign specialist will be tasked with growing ad inventory in these conditions efficiently through use of our existing tactics and sources while actively expanding the available options.
The remaining 25% of time will be spent working with up to 9 other sites in the lifestyle group to address any short-term traffic needs that come up on sites like Realsimple.com, Thisoldhouse.com and Myrecipes.com.
Specific responsibilities will include:
• Testing and optimizing existing paid traffic sources.
• Providing weekly reporting on key campaigns.
• Identifying, exploring and testing new, more efficient traffic sources.
• Working with sales development, edit and marketing to ensure that all sales impression guarantees are met.

The ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in consumer-facing online marketing roles with experience in SEM or other relevant paid traffic-driving marketing efforts.
