ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Online Advertising Product Manager for Time Inc Lifestyle Digital is responsible for continuing the evolution of the online advertising strategy, development and implementation of new advertising products, features and establishing best in class, innovative advertising solutions for the Time Inc. Lifestyle brands. Additionally, this person will be responsible for overseeing custom advertising integrations across multiple sites using innovative and cutting-edge ad solutions.

The ideal Digital Advertising Product Manager will have experience with online ad operations and ad sales (mobile experience a plus), along with a deep familiarity with the breadth of technologies and processes used in online advertising. Product management or product development experiences within digital media involving Food, Fashion, Home Decorating and general Lifestyle Content is a strong plus. A strong sense of creativity and desire to innovate will set this candidate apart, as she/he needs to stay abreast of industry trends in online media, including innovations in advertising technology and business models.

The role will be highly collaborative, working with sales development, ad operations, product management, and editorial teams to create and implement integrated advertising solutions from IO to launch. The candidate must be able to balance user experience, paid advertising, and editorial integrity with Sales and Client expectation. The ideal Candidate must be able to handle both strategic / big idea planning as well as day-to-day implementations of custom advertising opportunities with the site.

Additional responsibilities include working with Business Development on strategic partnership implementations; reviewing implementation strategies; and advising the business development team on integration questions and .

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years in either advertising post sales implementation, digital product management, ad operations or digital marketing for a major ad-driven site
– Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
– Photoshop skills required
– Knowledge and know-how of HTML a plus
– Vendor Management Experience
– Knowledge or past work experience with DART for Publishers
