American Media Inc. is looking for an Ad Trafficker for Fit Pregnancy. Ad Trafficker will manage the implementation, optimization, and reporting for all online advertising on FitPregnancy.com.

Ad Trafficker will report to the General Manager of Interactive and work closely with the brand’s sales staff and Campaign Manager. As the primary contact for trafficking and optimizing online advertising campaigns, Ad Trafficker is responsible for all ad operations through our ad server, DART for Publishers (DFP), and 3rd party newsletter vendor.

Specific responsibilities include:
– Trafficking all interactive ads in DART for Publishers (DFP)
– Working closely with 3rd party email vendor to submit and test creative for newsletters and partner emails
– Testing all ad creative for both site and newsletters, and ensuring all ad creative adheres to site specs
– Closely monitoring campaign pacing and optimization to ensure campaigns deliver in full
– Reporting for all ad campaigns, internally and to clients
– Working with 3rd party vendors and DFP support team to traffic and ensure proper reporting of tags and campaigns
– Supporting General Manager, and sales staff in maintaining client relationships and optimizing campaigns to meet client objectives
– Managing client relationships when issues and questions arise regarding creative, ad tag issues, pacing/optimization, and/or reporting conflicts
– Working with Interactive team to QA and test new site features and content
– Working with internal billing department to report impressions and record insertion orders

Qualifications:
– Online/interactive advertising experience
– Experience with DART for Publishers (DFP, Doubleclick) is strongly preferred
– An in-depth understanding of online advertising, trafficking ads and ad serving platforms
– Familiarity with 3rd party ad tags (Point Roll, Atlas, Eyeblaster, etc.) and rich media, and a basic understanding of HTML and tag scripts
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs

This position requires a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented. Candidate must have the ability to multi-task, to work well under pressure and with deadlines, and – above all – must possess strong organization skills. This position also requires communication with advertising clients and agencies, so strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Bachelor degree required, masters of business administration degree preferred

2. 10 years of sales and operations management experience in a digital and print media environment (or equivalent combination).

3. Minimum 5 years experience working with large distributed sales organizations. Experience must include CRM and or sales automation systems and complex sales incentive compensation plans.

4. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams; proven success communicating with all levels of the organization including presentations to large and small groups.

5. Experience in the design and administration of sales compensation plans.

6. Business process re-engineering experience preferred.

7. Excellent organizational, financial, communication and time management skills.

8. Excellent MS Office Skills: Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and Word.

9. Ability to travel. Various means of travel will be required, including travel by air.
